1. Service Provider

2. Acceptance

By using Glowniq, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

3. Service Description

Glowniq is an AI-powered skin analysis application. AI results are informational only and do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified dermatologist for skin concerns. Do not disregard professional medical advice based on AI analysis.

4. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and be 16+ (Belgium). One account per person. You are responsible for account security.

5. Credits and Subscription

  • Credits are consumed per analysis. Plans include monthly credits (see pricing).
  • Monthly subscriptions renew automatically. Yearly subscriptions at ~25% discount.
  • One-time credit packs do not expire while the account is active.
  • Unused monthly credits do not roll over.

6. Payment

  • Web: Stripe (VAT-inclusive prices, Belgian VAT)
  • iOS: Apple App Store (Apple's terms apply)
  • Android: Google Play (Google's terms apply)

Prices include Belgian VAT (Art. VI.1 WER). For B2B or non-EU, contact us.

7. Free Trial

Pro plan offers a 7-day free trial. Trial requires a payment method. Cancel before trial ends to avoid charges. No charge during trial.

8. Cancellation

Cancel anytime in account settings. Access continues until the end of the billing period. No partial refunds for mid-period cancellation (see Refund Policy).

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) upload images without consent of the person depicted, (b) use the service for illegal, harmful, or fraudulent purposes, (c) attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the service, (d) share account credentials.

10. Intellectual Property

Glowniq software, AI models, and content are owned by Halil Ertekin / 2Run. You retain rights to your analysis results for personal use.

11. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Belgian law, liability is limited to the amount paid in the previous 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, consequential damages or medical decisions based on AI results.

12. Termination

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account anytime (GDPR Art. 17, 30-day grace).

13. Changes

Material changes notified 30 days in advance. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Belgian law (Wetboek van Economisch Recht). Belgian courts have exclusive jurisdiction. Consumer protection under WER cannot be waived.
