Refund Policy

1. Pricing (VAT inclusive)

All prices include Belgian VAT (Art. VI.1 WER — Wetboek van Economisch Recht). Prices shown on pricing page are final, no hidden fees.

2. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumer Law — Art. VI.47 WER)

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts (online purchase). However, for digital content (Glowniq subscription/credits), this right is lost when:

• You consent to start the digital content delivery, AND
• Acknowledge losing the withdrawal right.

When you create an account and start using Glowniq, you consent to digital content delivery, which ends the withdrawal right for that purchase.

3. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Despite the above, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for first-time paid subscriptions:

• Eligible: First subscription payment (monthly or yearly), within 30 days.
• Not eligible: One-time credit packs (consumed immediately), subsequent renewals, accounts that consumed >50% of credits.

4. Free Trial

Pro plan includes a 7-day free trial. No charge during trial. Cancel before trial ends to avoid payment.

5. Mid-Period Cancellation

Cancelling a subscription mid-period stops the next renewal but does not refund the current period. You keep access until period end.

6. Faulty Service

If the service is materially defective (not working as described), contact halil@ertekin.me for a partial or full refund, regardless of the above.

7. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. We will resolve issues quickly. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension.

8. Belgian Consumer Protection

Consumer rights under WER cannot be waived. For disputes, Belgian courts are competent. ODR platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
